Cancellation Statuses in the Customer Portal
Refund & Payment Information
The way your money is returned depends on how quickly the order is canceled:
Canceled within 24 hours: If you catch it early, we simply void the payment authorization. This means the funds never actually leave your account, though the "pending" hold may take a short time to disappear from your bank statement.
Canceled after 24 hours: If the payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund. You can expect to see those funds back in your account within 3–5 business days.
Canceled - Customer Cancellation
"If an order is placed and cancelled within 24 hours, the payment authorization is voided. For all other orders, refund will show within 3-5 business days'
Reason for cancellation:
- Order Created by Mistake
- Item(s) Not Compatible with Vehicle
- Item/Shipping Cost Too High
- Found Cheaper Somewhere Else
- Need to Change Address/Payment/Shipping
- Changed Mind/ Changed My Mistake
Canceled - Item Not Available
"The product is no longer available to ship and may be discontinued or not longer stocked with us."
Reason for cancellation:
- Item Discontinued
Canceled - Cannot Ship
"This item cannot be shipped to your location based on state regulations or incomplete order details"
Reason for cancellation:
- CARB Restricted
Canceled - Inventory Update
"We located inventory with another supplier so we can get your order out to you faster. No need to do anything, you will receive tracking once your order ships."
Reason for cancellation:
- Transfering order to another supplier
Canceled - Unable to process payment
"Update your payment method or billing/shipping information to place a new order."
Reason for cancellation:
- Unable to process payment on file
Canceled - Vendor Cancellation
"Your order was canceled by the vendor. This can happen for a few reasons, such as availability, fulfillment delays or by request. Please chat with us if you'd like more details or help finding an alternative."
Reason for cancellation:
- Order was cancelled by the vendor directly.
Other Statuses:
Canceled - Other
"Your order couldn't be completed at this time. For more information, please chat with us"
