We get it—sometimes plans change! Most orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them.
To check if your order is eligible for cancellation:
- Go to our Customer Portal.
- Look for the Cancel Order option next to your order details.
- If the option is available, just click it—and you’re all set!
Please note: If the cancel option isn’t showing, your order may already be processing and can no longer be canceled. But don’t worry—our Customer Service Team is happy to help explore your options.

You can sign into your account using one of the methods above, you will be sent a code if you use your phone # or email address.
Once the code is entered you will be directed to your order information shown below where you can select the cancel button.
