Understanding your order status can help you track your purchase and return activity with confidence. Below is a breakdown of common order statuses you may see in your Customer Portal:
Backordered
The item you ordered is currently out of stock and on backorder. It will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.
Order Received
We’ve received your order, but it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for processing.
Processing Order
This status can mean a few different things. Your order may be getting prepped for shipment at our warehouse, or it could be shipping directly from one of our vendors and we are awaiting tracking confirmation from them.
Some of our items ship directly from the vendors we partner with. On occasion, there may be a slight delay with the items leaving their warehouse or for tracking information to update.
If your order has been in processing status for more than 7 days and you haven’t received a shipping update, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Team and we’ll be happy to check on it for you.
Shipped
Your order has been shipped! You should receive tracking information shortly if you haven't already.
Pending Return – RMA XXXXXX Created on XX/XX
A return has been initiated for this item. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and creation date will be noted.
Awaiting Shipment Due to a Pending Return – RMA
This item is a replacement or exchange for an existing return. We’re waiting for the return to be shipped before we are able to ship the new one.
Pending Return Request – Photos Needed
A return has been requested, but we’re waiting on photos to complete the approval process.
Canceled
This item has been canceled and will not be shipped or processed further.
Return – RMA XXXXXX Received on XX/XX
We’ve received your returned item at our warehouse. The RMA number and date received will be listed.
